  • Description: A beautiful girl (Aliki Vougiouklaki) works in the fish market and entertains people with her songs. She dreams of becoming a singer and soon finds a job in the night club of Menexes (Nikitas Platis). She works together with a student of classical music (Dimitris Papamichail), with whom she doesn’t get along. She doesn’t realize that much of her success is owed to her songs’ lyricist, who is none other than the student. He digs in his heels and, despite the attraction between them, marries another woman (Mairi Ioannidou), the daughter of a rich family friend (Stavros Xenidis). When they finally put aside their rivalries, however, the two young people get together again to live happily ever after.
